I mentioned a rally for the "DREAM ACT."It is a House bill trying to be passed that allows Hispanic youth who were brought here to US by their parents ,undocumented, to attend college. These students 65,000 of them graduate from our nation's high schools but are not able to attend college and if the university does allow it they are barred from instate tuition, grants, loans private scholarships and the Dream of pursuing a higher education.
